This is a modded version of GTA Vice City to look like NFS Underground 2 with the vehicles. You'll see full out car changes, and for the rest of the cars, there will be xeon lights and multicolored rims. Like most versions out there, the installer is in Russian, but i included the files to change it back to English. All you have to do is copy and overwrite the folders and files i put in the archive.
